We're a nonprofit organization 501(c)(3) that provides mentoring to underprivileged youth and young adults. Our Director, Tyrone Hill, has been providing mentoring services for over 40 years and has mentored Santana Terrell Moss, from the time he attended Miami Carol City Senior High School, through his attendance at the University of Miami, up until the time he was drafted in 2001 first round pick #16 by the New York Jets; Michael Jamaine Rumph, from the time he attended Atlantic Community High School, through his attendance at the University of Miami, up until the time he was drafted in 2002 first round pick #27 by the San Francisco 49ers; Andre Lamont Johnson, from the time he attended Miami Senior High School, through his attendance at the University of Miami, up until the time he was drafted in 2003 first round pick #3 by the Houston Texans, and many many more players not only from Florida but throughout the United States.

We sponsor kids and young adults in training camps to help further their athletic and academic career in a professional business world. We also provide the kids and young adults with nutritional food to maintain their health, school clothing, training, hygiene products, school supplies and transportation services when needed.

Scholarships, youth camps, athletic development, and community outreach programs designed to support underprivileged youth and young adults.
In January 2017, the Foundation gave out scholarships and financial assistance for low-income athletes, for pro day and combine training. Assistance was provided to the college draft class of 2017 and free agents, if selected, to participate in the College Gridiron Showcase in January 7–11, 2017 in Texas.
